I’m sure it will come in handy eventually however. I am somewhat regret disappointed I purchased the full version. The factory library it comes with is nice, but in my case I have a composer cloud subscription to East West so I don’t need anything from the factory library. This includes 50+ instruments and sounds, as well as a few effects plugins. You could also get it as part of the free Komplete Start Bundle. You can download Kontakt Player as a standalone plugin. Kontakt Player is free, whereas Kontakt Full costs money. I did not realize I would not be able to use the libraries view defined them. The most obvious difference is the price. I thought it would make browsing some of these instruments easier. I did purchase the full version on this sale. please, somebody correct me if I’m wrong about any of this. I assumed it also means you won’t be able to use these in Komplete Kontrol. This is instead of using the library tab and have a nice little panels which are easy to navigate. Four instance, I got to the second series through sound iron and the only way to really blow the individual instruments is by using the extremely cumbersome files tab to locate the folders on the directory.
One thing to consider is that products that use the full retail version might not properly interact with the library.
